Introduction

If you're looking to fly out of the United States, you might have a few options. Some cities are better than others when it comes to flying internationally. If you're looking for cheap flights or just want to get away from it all, we've put together a list of our favorite airports for international travel.

These are the airports where you can find the best flight deals to international destinations

The best US airports for cheap international flights are the ones that are hubs for major airlines and have the most flights to international destinations. When you're looking for a good deal on an airfare, you want to pick an airport where your airline has a hub. That way, if you're traveling from New York City (JFK), Chicago (ORD), Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Miami International Airport (MIA), you'll have more options when it comes to finding cheap tickets on other airlines. Plus, these airports have direct connections with many major cities in Europe and Asia so your flight is sure to be cheaper if it's leaving from one of these locations instead of flying directly into London or Paris!

New York/Newark

Newark Liberty International Airport is the third-busiest airport in the United States, so it's no surprise that it makes our list. Located 15 miles from New York City, Newark Liberty has direct flights to more than 100 destinations around the world. It's a hub for United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and Delta Air Lines---a great choice if you're looking for cheap international flights from an American airport with many options to choose from.

The best thing about Newark Liberty? You'll pay less on average than other major airports in this country thanks to its low taxes and fees.
